Richard Holden, MP for North West Durham, has been contacted by a large number of constituents concerned about speeding and dangerous driving in Hollinside.
Richard wrote to Durham County Council, who are responsible for Highway Management locally, and alerted County Hall in Durham City to the concerns of people in the village. Richard also met with a group of constituents in the village and saw the roads of concern. The matter remains unresolved.
Richard is now working with community activists Mike McGaun and Doug Oliver and is keen to get the feedback of local people in Hollinside about how to take things forward. Please complete the following survey to give your views.
