Richard chairs APPG Apprenticeships

Richard chaired a cross-party All-Party Parliamentary Group on Apprenticeships.

Commenting, Mr. Holden said:

"We discussed our recent report and the recommendations we made to Government. Especially how we can improve the take-up of apprenticeships - including progression from Level 2 and Level 3 up - and what can be done to make it easier & quicker to help small businesses take apprentices on.

"I hope Department for Education will take a look at our outline proposals and take them forward."
