Richard recently ran the London Marathon 2026 in support of St Luke's Hospice.
Speaking after his light run, Richard said:
"Massive thanks to my friends & family who showed up across the London Marathon route, to the tens of thousands of who lined the streets cheering and encouraging all the runners, and to those who messaged saying they were following me at home! Today showed the UK’s great capital at its best.
