"After seeing on Facebook about Sadie Kitchen in Billericay, I realised that Sadie was only a few doors down from my office!
I popped by to see Sadie and to hear more about her fascinating story. From working in the city, like so many people locally do, to transforming her garage into a top-notch kitchen with a 5* hygiene rating to do what she always loved: cooking.
We spoke about her mum’s cooking and now hers, and of course there were some tasters too. It was absolutely amazing and I cannot recommend her food enough. Her little cookies really were a highlight for me, and I’m sure there’s plenty of people across the town that have been gutted she’s been away over the summer as they’re missing their Sadie fix.
