Richard recently visited South Essex College.
Speaking after the visit, Richard said:
"We are so lucky in Basildon and Billericay with our educational offer, suitable for all types of students. I had a full tour from John and Steve of South Essex College at their Basildon Campus.
The offer they provide to students is truly fantastic, and my mind was totally blown with their computing courses. Students in Basildon are literally coding and designing games as we speak, alongside other really important subjects that will be useful in their later life.
You can even see some of the great designs of characters from gaming and other media - well that’s what the younger members of my team tell me anyway!!
Thoroughly grateful to have been taken around the college and I look forward to getting round more schools before and after the summer break."
