Richard voiced his concerns with the Civil Service Pensions Scheme after constituents faced issues with receiving their payments.

Speaking after the meeting, Richard said:

"I have met with Capita which took over the administration of the pension scheme to explain the concern of the people unable to access their pension.

I was assured that their goal was to have all cases responded to by the end of June and I hope that the constituents are now in receipt of their pensions

We hope that all issues have now been resolved as it is an incredibly stressful situation for those who are partially or fully retired from being Civil Servants, however if issues persist I urge people to get in touch with me and I will do my best to help.
