Today Richard wished pupils a good end of year and, to those leaving for secondary school in the Autumn, he reassured that next year would be better.
Having started his regular school visits again, most recently Bishop Ian Ramsey C of E Primary School in Medomsley, Richard also thanked all teachers who have worked so hard to do the best for the children.
Richard Holden MP said:
‘I know it’s been a tough 18 months for you at primary school - and for your parents and teachers - and many of you will be leaving behind friends you’ve had since you were very small.
‘But do enjoy the summer, before coming back to loads more possibilities in September.’
