As we all know, a car or a van is necessity for many to get around North West Durham. Those that can’t drive often have to rely on lifts to get to jobs, school, hospital appointments and a whole host of essential things - especially late at night and in more rural areas where there isn’t reliable public transport.
That is why, when Ms X of Burnhope got in touch with me about her provisional license not being renewed in time for her practical test, I knew it was something that really mattered to her and needed to be sorted. After having difficulty liaising with the DVSA she contacted my team and we jump into action.
Following my intervention, a new license was printed overnight and posted to Ms X that day.
Reported – sorted.
It feels great to have such a positive impact, and can only hope Ms X passed! If you are also experiencing any issues please get in touch via https://www.richardholden.org.uk/contact and I will do all I can to make your voice heard.
