Richard is running the London Marathon 2026
In support of the amazing St Luke's Hospice
So, it’s not probably the most usual manoeuvre for an overweight 40, now, 41 year old…!
But the Billericay parkrun sparked something! (…35 min, 5k…)
And I’ve basically decided to do a marathon in aid of what is an amazing charity who do so much - St Luke's Hospice.
I won’t be quick - if I finish in under 5 hours it’ll be a miracle - but I’m going to give it my best shot!
