Richard Holden attended Dr Luke Evans MP's Body Image Bill event in Parliament earlier this week.
The Body Image Bill, currently awaiting its Second Reading, would 'require advertisers, broadcasters and publishers to display a logo in cases where an image of a human body or body part has been digitally altered.'
Commenting, Mr Holden said:
"I have seen some really serious cases from teenagers in my constituency. I know how damaging to self-esteem social media can be. I am glad therefore to be backing the Online Safety Bill and the necessary amendments."
