Richard Holden, MP for North West Durham, has today asked a question in the House of Commons following the Lord Chancellor's statement on Courts and Tribunals recovery update.
Speaking in the House, Richard asked about delays to justice for victims of abuse at Medomsley Detention Centre, and asked for clarity about what additional funding will be available for courts, and for reassurance that in cases to do with historic sex abuse, efforts are made to expedite the cases.
