***Even more support with rising prices for those most in need***
The next round of the Household Support fund has been unveiled. On top of exiting energy support, an additional £842 million will be allocated to local authorities across the country by @DWP. From April 1 this will support the most vulnerable households in England that require extra help. Of this, we will receive another £9,352,199 more in @DurhamCouncil. This is targeted support and is on top of the broader £92 billion of energy bill support that has been made available since Russia's illegal invasion of Ukraine sent energy prices rocketing.
Keep your eyes peeled on the Durham County Council website where further details of this support will be published >>> https://www.durham.gov.uk/.../Household-Support-Fund-HSF-
Come April 1st, if you have not received this support and you feel that you ought to. Please do not hesitate to get in touch with your local councillors. If you exhaust all avenues with the Council then please get in touch and I will push to have your voice heard via www.richardholden.org.uk/contact - as always I cannot guarantee that you will get the result you want but I will always fight your corner!
