I hold weekly surgeries for constituents who want to discuss any issues – I’ve spoken to people about an enormous range of things, from housing problems and benefits issues to people having issues with their bin collections to people who have concerns about their mobile phone contracts.
I want to stress that, whatever the problem is, I am here to talk to you and myself and my team will help in any way that we can.
I have held surgeries across the constituency, including in the Steel Club in Consett and Wolsingham Club. I try and make sure I get to every part of the constituency to ensure that anyone who needs to see me does. If you are unable to travel to a surgery, I am more than happy to hold a telephone surgery with you, something I have been doing a lot during the lockdown.
If you would like to discuss anything with me or attend a surgery, please email richard.holden.mp@parliament.uk. Strict Parliamentary protocol states that I can only deal with constituents of North West Durham, so please include your full name, address (including postcode) and contact details in the email. Please also include a brief description of the issue you would like to discuss. This will all be kept fully confidential.
I am here to support all of you however I can and will always do my best to help you find a resolution to any problem you are facing.
